FREE SHIPPING with 2-3 day delivery on orders over $250

Free priority shipping using USPS Priority Mail on orders over $250 within the contiguous USA. We occasionally will use UPS Ground if it is a very large & heavy order: please plan ahead as UPS Ground shipping can take up to 5 business days.

We ship from Las Vegas, NV USA

Most orders are shipped the same day. 

We do our best to process orders in 1 business day (Monday-Friday). Orders placed before 12pm PST will be processed the same day. Friday orders may ship that same day or the following Monday. 

Standard & Flat Rate shipping rates are based on the weight of your order

All of our shipments are carbon-neutral

LOCAL TO LAS VEGAS? We are not open for pick up orders, but if you place your order by 12pm PST your order arrives to you NEXT BUSINESS DAY!

The shipping estimates on our website do not account for order processing or any shipping delays. Ground/parcel select service to Hawaii may take 4-6 weeks, please select Priority as an option if you need faster delivery.

Domestic Orders: There are occasional shipping delays with all couriers which is unfortunately out of our control. The shipping times provided on our website are an estimate and do not include processing time or any unforeseen transit delays. You will be responsible for any shipping fees paid or any return fees if you refuse your shipment. 

International Orders: We recommend placing your order ONE MONTH in advance as shipments are frequently delayed by transit or customs and can be held for extended and unknown periods of time. We are not responsible for orders which are not received, stolen, lost, stuck in customs, or delayed in transit. We are also not responsible for any customs fees which are determined by your country's customs regulations. You will be responsible for any shipping fees paid or any return fees if you refuse your shipment. Verify that your shipping address is correct and be aware of your country's customs rules and import policies. If you select USPS instead of UPS please note there will be a longer delivery time. If using USPS your order will be tendered to your local postal service and you may or may not be able to continue tracking your order with your country's postal service website.

We are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been submitted because order processing sometimes starts immediately. If you would like additional items, please place a new order. If we are able to combine shipping for the orders we will refund you any difference in shipping cost.

Return Policy

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us or send an email to orders@acureausa.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc). 

You should expect to receive your refund as soon as the item has been returned to us. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. If the return is requested by you and is not due to packing error we will ask you to pay for return shipping.

If we made a mistake with your order, we will gladly accept the return within 30 days of invoice date and do our best to rectify the error. Please check your package contents and notify us within 72 hours of any missing items, breakages, etc and we will take care of it right away with no cost to you.

We reserve the right to deny return requests for customers who have excessive returns in our system. 

Sales Policy

 

The United States FDA regulates the sale of acupuncture needles to qualified practitioners of Acupuncture as determined by the states. The purchaser will need to add a healthcare practitioner license number when creating an account, or it can be left in the order notes section at checkout. The purchaser is responsible for adherence to all state and federal regulations regarding the purchase and use of acupuncture needles. The purchaser accepts full responsibility for the use, handling, disposal, and adherence to proper safety protocols and state regulations. No medical claims are intended or implied for any products sold. The purchaser also agrees to hold harmless Acurea Medical Inc and it's manufacturers from any consumer claims relating to the products and their ultimate use. We hold the right to cancel any orders based on our own discretion, including any orders shipping to freight forwarding addresses.
