Dana's proprietary polishing technology was developed with patient comfort in mind, minimizing pain during needle insertion. Dana medical is the largest Korean manufacturer utilizing clean rooms for all of their manufacturing. Dana also sterilizes all acupuncture needles in house, overseeing every step of production. Each box has a unique LOT & QR code for quality & manufacturing tracking. Cleaned and coated needles are carefully inspected to ensure that they are produced according to their specifications, and nonconforming products are removed. Only products manufactured according to standard are inspected through an electron microscope and assigned a LOT number. Needles are sterilized using Ethylene Oxide gas.
