Helianthus annuus seed oil (sunflower) has emollient properties so softens and smooths skin (reduce roughness and flakiness) and provides a protective layer to help prevent moisture loss. That’s because it’s high in oleic acid, linoleic acid, and vitamin E.
Rosehip oil is rich in essential fatty acids, vitamins A, B-carotene, C, D, & E to help boost collagen and improve skin elasticity and it’s good for all skin types. It is said to address hyper-pigmentation and reduce fine lines and wrinkles. It is ideal for facial cupping and gua sha and for cleansing because it helps regenerate skin cells, clean pores, and eliminate blemishes. It is also known to soothe rosacea and dilated capillaries.
Camellia leaves the skin smooth and more resilient. It helps to balance moisture in the skin and is good for all skin types. What else you need to know:
Put a few drops on the face before cupping or gua sha. For cleansing: use on dry skin, gently make circular motions for cleansing. Wipe off with damp cloth.
