We are located in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA and ship using real time calculated shipping rates with USPS or UPS. We ship Monday-Friday and orders are usually processed in one business day. You will receive an email from us with a tracking link once your order has been processed and is ready for the shipping courier. You are able to select faster shipping options such as expedited or next day at checkout if needed.
There is an order comment box at checkout if you have any special instructions for your order or if you need to mark it as a gift (no invoice in the box)
We offer free shipping to the United States for all orders over $150! Most of these free shipping orders ship using USPS, but we occasionally will use UPS Ground. Orders we have to ship via UPS Ground will usually be larger orders that we are unable to fit into a USPS flat rate box so please plan ahead as UPS Ground shipping can take up to 5 business days.
Domestic Orders: We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, or packages which show as delivered. We are also not responsible for any package delays. There are significant shipping delays with USPS and occasionally other carriers which is out of our control. The shipping times provided on our website are an estimate and do not include processing time or any unforeseen transit delays. You will be responsible for any shipping fees paid or any return fees if you refuse your shipment. If you are using a forwarding service we are not responsible for delivery or any missing items and we have a right to cancel your order, your order will be refunded to you automatically once it is cancelled. We are able to ship to PO Boxes, APO & FPO, and Puerto Rico.
International Orders: We are not responsible for orders which are not received, stolen, lost, stuck in customs, or delayed in transit. We are also not responsible for any customs fees, those will be paid by you and we cannot estimate what they may be. You will be responsible for any shipping fees paid, or any return fees if you refuse your shipment. You need to verify that your shipping address is correct and be aware of your country's customs rules and import policies. Understand that paying for expedited shipping to your location does not bypass international customs limitations so plan ahead with your order to ensure a timely arrival. If you select USPS International instead of UPS Standard please note there will be a longer delivery time. Due to the current global pandemic situation, we recommend placing your order ONE MONTH in advance as shipments are frequently delayed by transit or customs and can be held for extended and unknown periods of time. If you are using a forwarding service we are not responsible for delivery or any missing items and we have a right to cancel your order, your order will be refunded to you automatically once it is cancelled.
We are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been submitted because order processing sometimes starts immediately. If you would like additional items, please place a new order. We are unable to make order and price adjustments after your order has been submitted. Coupon codes must be used at checkout, they can be added using the section in checkout under shipping/taxes. We are unable to add a coupon code or make an adjustment on the price to match the code for you after you have checked out.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us or send an email to email@example.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
